Dennis J. Kelley
has been working full-time for over 25 years in various aspects of the HVAC industry, concentrating on residential replacement and service, and light commercial replacement and service. He learned the industry from the bottom up as a truck driver, installer, service technician and salesman. He has been licensed (formerly registered) as both an HVAC and Refrigeration Contractor with the State of Ohio since 1998. He co-founded Total Comfort Heating & Cooling in 1999 with his wife, Terese. In 2001, the company was incorporated as Total Comfort Heating & Cooling, Inc. with Dennis as President. He completes continuing education each year in the HVAC field in order to maintain his Ohio HVAC and Refrigeration Contractor licenses. Dennis is a registered contractor with the City of Columbus and some of the surrounding communities.
Terese F. Kelley
earned her CPA certificate in 1979. As Corporate Secretary/Treasurer she performs the administrative functions of the corporation. She is often the first contact customers have with Total Comfort Heating & Cooling, Inc., scheduling service and sales appointments and providing simple tips to customers to help them maintain the operating efficiency of their equipment.
